LPU offers education to students from 5 different countries, 24 different states of India and interns from 7 foreign countries. LPU conducted a Global Village event as a way to learn the cultural heritage of various countries, and celebrate the unity in diversity. Globalization is a concept, no longer confined to corporate world. Education sector is now witnessing this phenomenon like never before, because education providers are now hiring the best of teachers from all across the globe and also giving admissions to the most talented of the students from the world over. This program was the first of a series of events under the broad program aimed at celebrating the global cultural diversity, over a couple of months.
